Phoenix Cardinal quarterback Timm Rosenbach, who was released from a hospital after suffering a concussion Sunday, said he plans to practice today and be ready for the home opener against Philadelphia on Sunday night. Rosenbach, who missed the 1991 season after reconstructive knee surgery, was sacked from behind by Santana Dotson of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers with 5:29 left in the third quarter of a 23-7 loss.
