Glenda Johnson and Cheri Sprague of Diamond Bar, former co-workers in retail management who share a love of animals, have opened Critter Crackers, a company that produces gourmet dog biscuits.
The two launched their enterprise with the help of the Small Business Development Center, an economic development project at Mt. San Antonio College. The center provides free professional business counseling services to any established or prospective business.
