‘Angels’ Who Care: As its fourth annual event to benefit persons with AIDS, the Center Theatre Group Cares will offer a marathon preview performance of Tony Kushner’s epic play “Angels in America” on Oct. 22 at the Mark Taper Forum. AIDS figures prominently in the play’s story. The marathon will begin with Part One, “Millennium Approaches,” at 2 p.m., with Part Two, “Perestroika,” playing at 8 p.m. In the last three years, CTG Cares has raised more than $167,000 to assist persons with AIDS.
