IT ADS UP: Ride an Orange County bus and the first thing you may notice is that it’s plastered with advertising, inside and out. A new Transportation Authority report shows there’s good reason: $5 million in county revenue from those ads over the past four years. . . . It’s so successful--well over $1 million already guaranteed for this fiscal year--that the OCTA is considering such ads at the bus terminals.
