Younger caught four passes for 101 yards.
Army-Navy (0-1) quarterback Stewart Strothers, who finished with 82 yards rushing and 75 yards passing, scored on a six-yard run in the second quarter, and teamed up with Ron Allen for a 72-yard score in the third quarter.
Two snaps over punter Tony Fiore’s head cost Army-Navy a safety and a touchdown.
Matt Kellogg led the Eagles’ rushing attack, carrying the ball 14 times for a game-high 84 yards.
