Jimmy Connors dropped out of the Swiss Indoor tournament after suffering a knee injury during Friday’s “Battle of Champions” against Martina Navratilova, organizers said.
Connors was unseeded at the $775,000 tournament, which starts today. Jonas Svensson of Sweden will replace Connors.
