The Dodger announced that pitcher Rudy Seanez, who missed the season because of lower back problems, will have shoulder surgery today, and that pitcher Pedro Martinez, who spent most of the season with triple-A Albuquerque, will have shoulder surgery Tuesday. Both surgeries will be performed by Dr. Frank Jobe at Centinela Hospital in Inglewood.
