On a recent visit to friends in Newport Beach I learned that once again the future of the People’s Park on River Avenue is in the balance.
Isn’t Newport Beach developed enough? Can’t one small oasis of greenery in a concrete desert be left alone? Is this yet another example of corporate greed overcoming environmental concern?
