Salesian 27, St. Genevieve 14--Mike Barragan rushed for 66 yards and scored on a pair of two-yard runs for Salesian (3-3, 1-0) at Roosevelt High.

St. Genevieve (0-6, 0-1) suffered its 20th consecutive loss.

The Valiants scored on linebacker Tony Orsini’s 18-yard interception return midway through the fourth quarter and Alex Mueller’s eight-yard touchdown pass to Mark Leahy with two minutes left.
