San Diego : Officials Identify Man Killed on I-5

A man who was killed on Interstate 5 while walking back to his car from an emergency call box has been identified by the county medical examiner’s office as 19-year-old Keith Bowser of Solana Beach.
Bowser’s car had broken down shortly after 7 p.m. Thursday near the juncture of Interstates 5 and 805, and he was struck and killed when he was hit by a vehicle as he walked back to his car after calling for help.
