It’s an attitude thing between the blacks and the Latinos. When a Latino was crowned at the homecoming game, it blew up into the big fight. The blacks attacked and we (Latinos) fought back. It’s been at a boiling point for a long time here. It was just a matter of time before a riot broke out. They hate us (Latinos) and we hate them (blacks). There’s nothing really anybody can do. I guess all they (school officials) can do is to get more cops in here.
