HER FIRST LADY: Julie Nixon Eisenhower told an audience at the Richard Nixon Library & Birthplace in Yorba Linda (B1) how she met Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis 40 years ago. Julie was 4 then, and dad Richard was the GOP vice presidential candidate. Onassis was then Jacqueline Bouvier, a photographer-writer for the old Washington Herald. . . . Eisenhower said Bouvier took her photo and asked: “Do you play with Democrats?” Little Julie’s response: “What are Democrats?”
