‘Carol’ on Hold: Kevin Von Feldt’s staging of “A Christmas Carol,” which had been scheduled to open at the Scottish Rite Auditorium Tuesday night, has been postponed until next December. A message on the box-office telephone line advises that credit-card ticket orders were not processed, and patrons who bought tickets by check or cash will receive refunds. The production was crippled several weeks ago when a major investor withdrew and Actors’ Equity directed its members to stop rehearsing.
