Attorneys in Keating Case End Closing Arguments: Attorneys at the federal trial of former Lincoln Savings owner Charles Keating Jr. ended closing arguments to jurors with both sides accusing the other of trying to mislead the jury. Jury deliberations were expected to begin today after U.S. District Judge Mariana Pfaelzer gives jury instructions. Keating, who headed American Continental, and his son, Charles Keating III, are accused of fraud, racketeering and conspiracy.
