Office Tower Lease: Agents for Center Tower Associates, an affiliate of C.J. Segerstrom & Sons, have signed a 2 1/2-year deal to lease an additional 2,500 square feet on the 19th floor of the Center Tower building to CompReview, a medical insurance billing review company.
The 4-year-old business relocated its headquarters from Newport Center in Newport Beach to Center Tower in Costa Mesa a year ago. It now has 7,500 square feet in the 21-story red granite and glass building.
Center Tower has been open for seven years and is now 91% leased.
