Clinton will lead a group of schoolchildren across the Memorial Bridge to Lady Bird Park at the gate to Arlington National Cemetery, where they will ring a replica of the Liberty Bell cast for the 1976 Bicentennial celebration. The event will begin four days of inaugural activities.
Beverly Hills Vice Mayor Maxwell Salter said the city’s ceremony will be at 2:45 p.m. Sunday .
Bells will be given to children who attends the ceremonial ringing of fire engine bells, Salter said. All residents are invited to participate, he said.
