Winning Ways: Italian director Federico Fellini, who has won four Oscars for best foreign language film, will add an honorary Oscar to his collection at this year’s Academy Awards on March 29. Fellini will be saluted by the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences for his “cinematic accomplishments that have thrilled and entertained worldwide audiences.” . . . And at the annual Publicists Guild awards luncheon on March 26, filmmaker and actor Clint Eastwood will receive the guild’s motion picture showmanship award.
