FORGET HIS LIPS: A George Bush look-alike Archie Kessell of Huntington Beach gives Bill Clinton look-alike Pat Rick of Laguna Beach thumbs up (E1). “He really has some talent,” says Kessell, a retired machine designer who knows Rick. . . . Kessell expects his own appearances to be cut about 75% but is starting a new business: Rent a President, a presidential look-alike agency. It will feature look-alikes of 10 Presidents, including Washington and Lincoln.
