Charges Dismissed: After a three-month investigation, the National Labor Relations Board in Los Angeles has dismissed unfair labor practice charges against the “Love & War” production company of Diane English and Joel Shukovsky. Several former employees had accused the producers of union-busting. Officials with the International Alliance of Theatrical Stage Employees say they will appeal the decision.
