PRESIDENTIAL PILLOW: Not all the inaugural hoopla is in Washington. NoJo’s, the infant products manufacturer in Rancho Santa Margarita, has created an inaugural quilt and pillow set for the infant at Mission Hospital in Mission Viejo born closest to Clinton’s inauguration. The monogrammed set is red, white and blue, of course, in coordinating stripes. . . . The lucky baby: Alyssa Ann Derrico, 7 pounds 5 ounces. Mother Sherrie watched the inauguration while in labor.
