Under the state Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act, Ventura County must report each week the toxic and potentially toxic materials discharged. The discharges are investigated by the county Environmental Health Division. DATE: Jan. 20 LOCATION: San Miguelito Oil Field, Ventura MATERIAL: 50 barrels of saline water DATE: Jan. 20 LOCATION: Ventura Oil Field--Lloyd Lease, Ventura MATERIAL: 1.5 barrels of oil DATE: Jan. 22 LOCATION: Edison Oil Field, Ventura MATERIAL: 1 to 5 barrels of oil
