Suspended Pittsburgh Penguin defenseman Bryan Fogarty faces simple-assault and reckless endangerment charges resulting from an alleged assault in a Pittsburgh bar in November. Fogarty, accused of throwing a stool that struck a bar patron, is to be given a hearing Feb. 24.
