It’s Clothestime’s Time: The Pacific Stock Exchange on Wednesday began trading options on the stock of Anaheim-based Clothestime. The trading symbol is CEQ. Clothestime, a discount specialty retailer, trades on the NASDAQ market under the symbol CTME. The company, which sells apparel and accessories for young women, operates about 400 stores in 16 states.
