All-Star Soccer Game Features Banning, Hawthorne Players

Alejandro Oropeza, a fullback-sweeper from Banning High, will play for the City Section and goalkeeper Danilo Leguizamon and midfielder Mauricio Gonzalez of Hawthorne will play for the Southern Section in tonight’s Mitre/Southern California Boys’ All-Star Soccer Shoot-Out at Cal State Los Angeles.
Kickoff for the game, featuring 40 of the top seniors from Los Angeles and Ventura counties, is scheduled for 8.
