Talk to Boxer: Sen. Barbara Boxer will take calls from C-SPAN viewers concerned about proposed military base closures during “Viewer Call-In” at 4:15 p.m. Wednesday. Boxer will discuss the Defense Base Closure Commission’s reasoning and the impact of proposed closures on California. A special line will be dedicated to West Coast callers.
