Russell J. Dopson was named to the newly created post of vice president for worldwide sales at Xircom Inc., a Calabasas-based maker of equipment for linking personal computers. Dopson previously was Xircom’s vice president for international operations.
Xircom also said Errol Flynn has retired as vice president for North American sales because of health reasons.
