NEW SYMPHONY: Just because Janice Johnson is moving to Washington with husband Roger--picked to run the General Services Administration for President Clinton--doesn’t mean she plans to give up community involvements here. She hopes to continue as president of the Pacific Symphony, which is halfway toward its $6-million “stabilization” goal. . . . “We’ve moved 14 times, but Orange County is really home for us,” she says. “But this is also an exciting opportunity for Roger.”
