San Pedro 27, Dorsey 1--The defending City 4-A champions erupted for 23 runs in the fourth inning to easily win a Southern Pacific Conference game Wednesday at Jackie Robinson Stadium. The Pirates scored 12 runs on walks with the bases loaded.

Claudius Thompson was the lone bright spot for Dorsey, with two hits and an RBI.
