COINCIDENCE? Why is it people think the Lincoln Club is an arm of the Republican Party when there’s no link between the two? Maybe because all the Lincoln Club members are Republicans. “That’s not a litmus test for membership,” says longtime Lincoln Club loyalist Doy Henley. “But we are conservative.” . . . Henley recently was named the new Lincoln Club president, only the fourth in its 31 years. “I think you’ll see us more active in local politics,” Henley says, even water district elections.
