Wimp Sanderson, former Alabama basketball coach, must go to court to answer allegations that he punched his longtime secretary, a federal judge ruled.
The decision means that, barring a last-minute settlement, Nancy Watts’ suit against Sanderson, the University of Alabama and Athletic Director Hootie Ingram will go to trial next week.
