Distrust of the Media

The Times is to be congratulated for its two excellent articles on the public’s perception of the media.
My only criticism is that too few explanatory comments from the general public were used while you relied heavily on members of the media to put their “spin” on the reasons for the public’s dissatisfaction your poll illuminated. Kind of like the FBI investigating itself.
