BUYING THOSE ‘BRIDGES’

Pauli Carnes in her review of “Bridges of Madison County” does the woman reader a great disservice.
No one I have spoken with about this book thinks it is great literature. The excitement is to be able to read a story without 60 “F” words on every page and graphic, embarrassing, sex scenes.
We are starving for books that we can lend to our daughters and friends.
