CSUN Awarded Final 4 Berth in Volleyball

As expected, the fourth-ranked Cal State Northridge men’s volleyball team was awarded the Mountain Pacific Sports Federation’s at-large berth to the NCAA final four. The Matadors (22-9) will play in the semifinals Friday at 6 p.m. against Penn State (20-4) at UCLA’s Pauley Pavilion.
No. 1-ranked UCLA (22-3) will meet Ohio State (28-8) in the other semifinal at 8.
Northridge won the MPSF tournament Saturday with a 15-13, 15-8, 15-10 victory over Cal State Long Beach.
