* Walter D. Wallach has been appointed chief operating officer of Triad Medical Inc., a Laguna Hills medical products and health-care services company. Wallach was previously vice president of finance at McGaw Inc. in Irvine and International Medication Systems in Los Angeles. Before that, he was international controller for Kendall Co. and held accounting and financial management positions with Colgate-Palmolive.
