ANAHEIM — Comarco Inc., which provides engineering services to the military and government agencies, said Wednesday that it has called off discussions to acquire an engineering company in Maryland.
In an effort to diversify from defense contracts, Comarco signed a tentative agreement in February with MAR Inc., an engineering and technical services company in Rockland, Md. Don M. Bailey said the decision will not affect Comarco’s plans to merge with CACI International, an engineering services company based in Arlington, Va.
