FileNet, FileTek Sign Distribution Deal

COSTA MESA — FileNet Corp. has signed a distribution agreement that allows FileTek Inc. of Rockville, Md., to market FileNet’s line of computer image storage and retrieval libraries under the FileTek name. The three-year agreement is expected to generate up to $10 million in revenue, FileNet said. The Costa Mesa company develops and distributes imaging and business software.
