Bullock’s to Open Woodland Hills Store: R.H. Macy & Co. said it will open a new Bullock’s department store this November in The Promenade at Woodland Hills shopping center. The new store, which will employ about 300, replaces a Robinson’s department store that was closed last March. The Robinson’s at the Promenade was among a number of Southland stores that May Department Stores closed in a consolidation that merged the May Co. and Robinson’s stores--creating the Robinsons-May chain.
