$500 Math Scholarships at LACC to Be Available

Two $500 mathematics scholarships will be available this coming school year at Los Angeles City College from a $1,000 donation by Los Feliz resident Bertha H. Skolnik.
Skolnik donated the money in memory of her husband, Samuel Skolnik, who taught math at the college from 1946 to 1967. Samuel Skolnik died in the mid-1980s.
