Glynn (Scotty) Wolfe celebrated his 85th birthday by planning his 28th wedding as soon as his bride-to-be can fly to his home in Blythe, Calif. His future wife, Lou Essex, 53, of Anderson, Ind., whom he met on a talk show four years ago, is a veteran of 22 marriages herself. Both are listed in the Guinness Book of Records as having the most monogamous marriages.
