Secrets of the Pyramid
Lory Golden, a teacher, writer and closet cook, now edits What’s For Dinner?, a monthly cooking newsletter that focuses on healthful seasonal cooking. Each issue contains a month of dinner menus using the Pyramid Food Guide. Assisting Golden are her two 12 year-old twin sons, “computer geniuses,” who put her copy into newsletter form.
