The American Diabetes Assn. has scheduled sign-ups on Saturday at the Glendale Galleria for its Walktoberfest fund-raiser. Stars from daytime television’s “Days of Our Lives” and “General Hospital” are scheduled to participate.
The walks, which will take place in Pasadena and other Southern California cities on Oct. 3, will raise money for the association’s research and education programs.
Actors Renee Jones and Thyme Lewis from “Days of Our Lives” and Cari Shayne and Maurice Bernard from “General Hospital” will pose for photographs with fans for a $10 donation to the association between 1 and 3 p.m. at the J.C. Penney Court at the mall.
