SHOOK UP II: Rep. Robert K. Dornan (R-Garden Grove), an avid backer of George Bush in the last presidential campaign, was crushed when the former President said after a NAFTA speech by Clinton in the White House: “Now I understand why he’s inside looking out and I’m outside looking in.” Dornan circled the quote and wrote in the margin of a fax to The Times: “This is heartbreaking. Pathetic. I will never again support a non-fighter . . . where there was never fire in the belly.”
