CSL to Sell 1.6 Million Common Shares of Stock

CSL Lighting Manufacturing Inc. will sell 1.6 million common shares for up to $5 each in the company’s initial public stock offering. The Valencia-based company designs and manufactures fixtures for commercial and residential customers.
Company officials will use the proceeds to repay debt and for marketing and working capital.
