And the Institute for Biological Research and Development, an Irvine company with 100 employees, has renegotiated its 30,200-square-foot headquarters lease at the Irvine Technology Center. The company signed a 10-year lease value at $3.6 million. The lease included significant tenant improvements, said Thomas Gibson, a broker with Marcus & Millichap in Newport Beach, which represented the company.
