A retiree who won a $3-million Ohio lottery prize became even richer after winning a $20-million Florida Lotto jackpot. Joseph P. Crowley, 66, moved from Toledo, Ohio, to Boca Raton, Fla., six years ago after he won the Ohio lottery. In a statement issued by the Florida lottery, Crowley, a retired construction contractor, joked: “I needed to win this. My (Ohio lottery) payments were going to run out in the year 2007.”
