ADVERTISING: Nationally, growth could reach 6%. In Southern California, however, ad executives predict growth of less than 3%--or not at all. Few agencies will add employees over the year. And at least two familiar Southland ad agencies are expected to fold--or merge with larger agencies--within the next six months.
