Garden Grove 43, Santiago 32--Garden Grove (4-10, 2-4) fell behind, 16-8, after one quarter, but rallied to win by 11. Michol Murray had a game-high 10 points for the Argonauts.
Bolsa Grande 25, Los Amigos 24--Rita Pula sank two free throws with three seconds left for visiting Bolsa Grande (3-9, 1-4). Thao Dong led Bolsa Grande with 10 points.
La Quinta 79, Pacifica 39--Linda Rodriguez scored 28 points, including six three-pointers, and Rhonda Gondringer added 20 points and 11 rebounds to lead host La Quinta (11-4, 5-0). Pilar Surch scored 13 points for Pacifica (5-10, 1-4).
In an Express League game:
Heritage Christian 33, Gateway Christian 24--Sheri Larson had 66% of the Patriots’ offense, scoring 22 points and adding three steals.
In the Arrowhead League:
La Verne Lutheran 45, Southern California Christian 18--Tammi DeLeon scored eight points to lead Southern California Christian (0-9, 0-2).
