CITY HALL NEWS : Marymount to Shuttle High School Students

Marymount College in Rancho Palos Verdes will shuttle area public school students to a place where they can catch an MTA bus.
At a City Council meeting last week, the college proposed two morning pickups for up to 75 Palos Verdes Peninsula High School students who live in the college area. They would be taken to Miraleste Plaza where they could take the Metropolitan Transportation Authority bus on Route 225. In the afternoon, the shuttle would make three pickups at the plaza.
The trial program is scheduled to begin later this month.
