District Passes a Student’s Test

* I was pleasantly surprised to learn that both my alma mater, Walter Reed Junior High, and my current school, North Hollywood High, ranked in the top section of schools that administered the most tests and had the highest number of student passing rates.
As an Advanced Placement student myself, I have the deepest respect for the committed students that work so hard for that fateful day in April that decides whether one will receive credit for their torturous year of toil and trouble.
In my opinion, the Los Angeles Unified School District has done a very good job in encouraging Advanced Placement courses and tests, and I hope to see the tradition continue.
