WASHINGTON — Census Bureau workers will fan out in eight metropolitan areas later this month to take the agency’s 21st annual in-depth look at America’s homes.
Census workers will visit about 4,700 homes in each of eight metropolitan areas: Buffalo, N.Y.; Milwaukee; Dallas; Ft. Worth; Phoenix; Anaheim-Santa Ana; Riverside-San Bernardino, and San Diego.
The survey is conducted for the Department of Housing and Urban Development, which uses the information in studies of housing in central cities and suburban areas.
